Email Verification

How email verification affects access.

After registration

New contributors are sent to Email Verification before the review process can fully continue. Verification confirms ownership; Manager approval is still a separate step.

After login

If an existing account is not verified, login can still recognize the account and send you back to the verification page instead of the dashboard.

Resending a code

If a code expires or does not arrive, use the resend option. The page may apply a short cooldown before another code can be requested.

Changing the verification email

If the address is wrong, use the change-email option from the verification page. The new address receives a fresh code, and verification continues from there.

What verification does not mean

• It does not mean a Writer or Editor application has been approved.
• It does not unlock a Writer's full dashboard if the first-article workflow is still pending.
• It does not reset your password.
