What reading means on Unburden

Reading on Unburden is intentionally slower than a feed. The Clarity Library is organized around pathways, article pages, reflections, and related reading so a reader can move through one thought at a time.

Where to begin

• Open the Clarity Library when you want to browse from the public collection.
• Choose a pathway when you know the feeling you are carrying but not the exact article you need.
• Open the Alignment Library when you want the earliest pieces that shaped the platform's voice.
• Use related articles at the bottom of an article when you want to stay inside the same pathway.

What appears on an article page

• A pathway label appears above the title when the article belongs to a pathway.
• Writer and Editor names appear near the top as plain credit text.
• Contributor profile links appear in the contributor section near the bottom.
• Read time is calculated from the article body.
• Reflection and feedback prompts appear after the article, not inside the main reading body.

Things to know

• Reading public articles does not require an account.
• Opening an article increments its reader count behind the scenes.
• Reader feedback appears only after meaningful reading behavior, not immediately on every article.
• The public reading experience uses Pathways as its reader-facing language.
